 
First Church features many special ensembles and soloists from within the congregation and beyond. Nearly every type of music is offered in our services from Bach to Garth Brooks and from Mozart to Delirious . Classical, contemporary, country, gospel and traditional...the styles vary but never the quality. We try at all times to offer our best to God in praise.

Little Lights
This choir is for any child age 3 through 2nd grade, They meet on Wednesday night from 5:45 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. in the Room 109/110 of the Christian Life Center. Director: Carol Schwanger For more information contact the church office 322-3572 or fumc2@comcast.net
King's Kids

Youth Choir
This choir is for any student in 6th-12th grade. They meet on Sunday evenings from 5:15 to 6:00 p.m. in the Music room (1st Floor) of the Evangelical Center. Rehearsals begin September 16. Director: Dan Schwanger For more information contact the church office 322-3572 or fumc2@comcast.net
Chancel Choir
This choir consists of adults out of high school on up. They meet on Wednesday nights from 7:00pm to 8:00pm in Choir Room 104 of the First Evangelical Center. (Bennett Street entrance). Director: Gerry Fausnaught • 326-5525
Handbell Choirs
One choir practices on Thursday nights from 7:00-8:00pm in room 206 of Evangelical Center. They play at the 8:30 and 9:45 services at the Evangelical Center. A second choir practices Saturday mornings from 9:30-10:30am at New Hope. They play at the 10:30 services at New Hope. All youth and adults are welcomed. Director: dlkonieczny@comcast.net
Worship Band
Our band provides musical leadership in the worship of God through modern songs. We choose to offer a praise response to God through corporate worship favorites, ancient hymns, and popular rock anthems- everything from Charles Wesley to U2. The band practices Thursdays weekly at 6:00 p.m. and is featured at the 11:00 worship services in the Christian Life Center.
