Samuel, as Lead Pastor, is responsible for the general supervision and direction of our ministry at First Church. Our Lead Pastor focuses on preaching, visibility, and vision. Samuel is the primary preacher at three of our four worship services. He preaches and teaches a Biblical message that proclaims the mission of the Church to be “Making Disciples of Jesus Christ”.

Rick directs the overall minstry of congregational care to our growing church community. Rick believes strongly in the "every member in ministry" concept and works to equip people to serve the Lord according to their gifts. As Director of Relationships, Rick coordinates the numerous ministries that serve to connect the members of our church with each other. These ministries include small group Bible studies, dinner clubs, Grand Friends (seniors), Men's Mania, Girl's Night Out and other supportive ministries. Rick also has primary responsibility for ministries at New Hope.

As Director of Service, Dave promotes Christian service among the adults of the congregation and develops strategies for connecting those who are willing to serve with needs in the congregation and community. Additionally, he serves on the preaching team and is involved in congregational care.
